Our process

Objectives & Project Scope

We will work with you over the first few weeks to understand how you operate. We can even gain feedback from your staff to understand their struggles and what they would like to be improved. This gives us an excellent insight into what features are critical for the system.

Some companies prefer not to get the staff involved and already have an idea of what the system needs to do and the features that need to be added. This is totally your choice. We are flexible in our approach and can adapt to suit your needs.

Design

The app design stage allows everyone involved with the project a better understanding about the overall layout of the mobile application. This design can be adapted and changed throughout its development. We work in an agile way, which means things will change as the process develops.

It is important to get the design correct for the correct audience. If we are targeting internal staff we can be more flexible with the design to get more data on the mobile so they are able to compare results, on the other hand external users we want things to be more simple and effective to make their experience more enjoyable.

Develop

During the mobile application development process, we will arrange to meet with you every 2-3 weeks, depending on the project’s overall size. We will share progress and discuss any changes you’d like to make to what is being developed during these meetings. We ensure you’re involved throughout the creation process, allowing you to develop a full understanding of how your app works.

We always develop your mobile application in what languauge and architecture is best suited to your requirements. If your software is B2C with a high volume of traffic we may opt for a Microservice Architecture as we have the ability to split resources out the services that need it, on the other hand B2B software with low volume of traffic maybe better suited for Monolithic Architecture.

Test

Before the software is launched, it will be thoroughly tested. This isn’t a one-off event at the end of the development process but something that’s integrated throughout. As each new feature is added, it will be thoroughly tested to ensure its functionality and its role in the application overall.

Once the app is complete, we’ll stress test it extensively, using it as an average user would. Once we’re happy, we’ll hand it over to you and your team to do the same. Any bugs encountered will be remedied to ensure that it offers users an optimal, glitch-free experience when the application is signed off.
